Brookfield Homes is Ontario’s latest home builder to embrace new Solar PV (photovoltaic) renewable energy offering. In collaboration with PURE Energies, Brookfield has installed a Solar PV System on its Nepean model home at its Grand Valley Trails community in Brantford.
This home will showcase this technology as a viable way for home owners to reduce their carbon footprint while creating added value in their home purchase.
PURE Energies will install and service solar systems that would normally cost between $40,000- $80,000. As part of the PURE Energies Solar Community Program, participating homeowners do not have to pay for the installation and service cost, and can enjoy their choice of energy-efficient home improvements or cash rewards – free for as long as they own their home.
