Hello, 2019! We’re back from the holidays and excited for all that we’ve got planned for the New Year. Brookfield Residential has several upcoming launches on the horizon. Read on to learn about our model homes launching in 2019 and the new home communities coming soon:

MODELS COMING 2019

Brookfield Residential is introducing designer-decorated model homes in our current communities this year, starting with New Seaton in Pickering, Woodhaven in Aurora and Pathways in Caledon East.

Some of the model homes will include smart home technology, which allows lights, door locks, thermostats and more to be programmed.

First up is 50 Ann, a new boutique condo living community coming soon to Downtown Bolton, ON.
