Community of the Month: New Seaton in North Pickering

Our much-anticipated, one-of-a-kind community, New Seaton, is finally open! Located in North Pickering just east of Markham and Toronto, New Seaton is the most unique project we’ve ever been a part of. The community spans thousands of acres, and will be a complete and integrated community with interconnected neighbourhoods, bike lanes, retail shops, schools, grocery stores, restaurants, businesses and recreation. Our tagline, “It’s all here,” simply could not be more accurate.

The sheer magnitude of New Seaton means that it will be a truly complete community, designed to the tee with everything you and your family could want or need. The community will include an incredible 3,750 acres of parks, trails, ponds and woodlots, preserving and appreciating the beautiful natural surroundings and integrating all construction into the existing landscape. (As we mentioned in a previous post, that’s over 15 square kilometres of natural land and green space – roughly the size of 1,150 SkyDomes/Rogers Centres!) New Seaton has also been designed to include plenty of recreational opportunities for active families, with 42 community parks, countless pathways and more woven throughout the master-planned design.

This complete, diverse community will drive the development of North Pickering and become home to many, many families.

Located just a short drive from Toronto via highways 401, 407 or the GO train, New Seaton is very accessible while also offering its own complete community experience. The community’s interconnected neighbourhoods and vibrant urban centre offer a unique and comprehensive living experience unlike any other community in the GTA.

New Seaton’s homes include a stylish mix of modern and traditional designs, as well as a wide variety of home sizes to suit all families. In Phase 1, we are currently featuring towns (1,370 to 2,050 sq. ft.) from $699,990 and detached homes (1,810 to 2,610 sq. ft.) from $869,990.

The features and finishes of the New Seaton homes are representative of the level of quality and style that you’ve come to expect from Brookfield Residential. The homes are well-appointed with high 9’ ceilings on the main floor, gas fireplaces, hardwood flooring on the main floor, oversized patio doors, gourmet kitchen finishes, Keyless Bluetooth Door Lock (on the detached homes) and much more. Explore the features and finishes in detail here.
